What is Olkem Trio 6.25 Tablet?

A combination medicine used to treat hypertension (high blood pressure) when a single drug is ineffective. It helps lower blood pressure, reducing the risk of heart attack, stroke, and kidney problems.

Key Components & How They Work

1. Olmesartan Medoxomil (ARB) – Relaxes blood vessels by blocking angiotensin.

2. Cilnidipine (CCB) – Widens blood vessels by blocking calcium.

3. Chlorthalidone (Diuretic) – Removes excess water/salt via urine, reducing fluid retention.

Dosage & Administration

• Take with food at the same time daily.

• Do not chew/crush; swallow whole.

• Avoid taking within 4 hours of bedtime (increased urination).

• Do not stop abruptly (risk of BP spikes).
