Stamlo Trio 40/12.5 Tablet
Combination: Telmisartan (ARB) + Amlodipine (CCB) + Chlorthalidone (Diuretic)
Use: Treatment of hypertension (when single therapy is insufficient).

Dosage & Administration:

Take with food, at the same time daily.

Swallow whole; do not crush/chew.

Avoid taking within 4 hours of bedtime (due to diuretic effect).
Common Side Effects:

Swelling (ankles), dizziness, headache, fatigue, increased urination.

Electrolyte imbalance, increased blood sugar/uric acid, muscle cramps.
Warnings:

Avoid alcohol (risk of severe low BP).

Unsafe in pregnancy (risk to fetus) and likely unsafe during breastfeeding.

Missed Dose:

Take as soon as remembered; skip if close to next dose. Do not double dose.
