Stamlo Trio 40/12.5 Tablet

Combination: Telmisartan (ARB) + Amlodipine (CCB) + Chlorthalidone (Diuretic)
Use: Treatment of hypertension (when single therapy is insufficient).

Key Benefits:

• Lowers blood pressure by relaxing blood vessels and removing excess fluid.

• Reduces risk of stroke, heart attack, and kidney damage.

Dosage & Administration:

• Take with food, at the same time daily.

• Swallow whole; do not crush/chew.

• Avoid taking within 4 hours of bedtime (due to diuretic effect).

Common Side Effects:

• Swelling (ankles), dizziness, headache, fatigue, increased urination.

• Electrolyte imbalance, increased blood sugar/uric acid, muscle cramps.

Warnings:

• Avoid alcohol (risk of severe low BP).

• Unsafe in pregnancy (risk to fetus) and likely unsafe during breastfeeding.

• Caution in liver/kidney disease (dose adjustment may be needed).

• Avoid driving (may cause dizziness/drowsiness).

Missed Dose:

• Take as soon as remembered; skip if close to next dose. Do not double dose.

Monitoring:

Regular checks for BP, kidney function, electrolytes, and blood sugar are recommended.
