Overview

Composition: Telmisartan (40mg) + Chlorthalidone (6.25mg).

Use: Treats hypertension (high blood pressure) by relaxing blood vessels (Telmisartan) and removing excess fluid (Chlorthalidone, a diuretic).

Goal: Reduces risk of heart attack, stroke, or kidney damage.
Key Instructions

Dosage: Take as prescribed, usually once daily. Can be taken with/without food but at a fixed time.

Missed Dose: Take ASAP, but skip if close to next dose. Never double dose.
