Telma-BS 2.5 Tablet
Combination: Bisoprolol (beta-blocker) + Telmisartan (ARB)
Use: Treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure) by relaxing blood vessels and improving heart efficiency.
Key Instructions:

Take at the same time daily, with or without food.

Do not stop abruptly (risk of worsening BP).

Common Side Effects:

Headache, dizziness, weakness.

Slow heart rate, cold/numb extremities.

Low BP, high potassium (avoid potassium-rich foods/supplements).

Avoid driving if dizzy; rise slowly from sitting/lying down.
Safety Warnings:

Avoid alcohol (unsafe interaction).

Pregnancy/Breastfeeding: Unsafe – consult doctor.

Kidney/Liver Disease: Use with caution; dose adjustments may be needed.

Missed Dose?

Take ASAP, but skip if close to the next dose. Never double dose.
