Telma-BS 2.5 Tablet

Combination: Bisoprolol (beta-blocker) + Telmisartan (ARB)
Use: Treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure) by relaxing blood vessels and improving heart efficiency.

Key Instructions:

• Take at the same time daily, with or without food.

• Do not stop abruptly (risk of worsening BP).

• Lifestyle tips: Exercise, weight management, and a low-salt diet help.

Common Side Effects:

• Headache, dizziness, weakness.

• Slow heart rate, cold/numb extremities.

• Low BP, high potassium (avoid potassium-rich foods/supplements).

• Avoid driving if dizzy; rise slowly from sitting/lying down.

Safety Warnings:

• Avoid alcohol (unsafe interaction).

• Pregnancy/Breastfeeding: Unsafe – consult doctor.

• Kidney/Liver Disease: Use with caution; dose adjustments may be needed.

• Severe liver disease: Not recommended.

Missed Dose?

• Take ASAP, but skip if close to the next dose. Never double dose.
