Composition:

Telmisartan (40mg): Relaxes blood vessels to lower blood pressure.

Chlorthalidone (12.5mg): Diuretic (“water pill”) that reduces fluid retention.
Uses:

Treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure) to prevent heart attack, stroke, or kidney damage.
Dosage:

Take once daily, with or without food, at a fixed time.

Avoid taking within 4 hours of bedtime (to prevent frequent urination at night).

Do not stop without consulting your doctor.

Common Side Effects:
