Telista Plus 40 Tablet

Combination: Telmisartan (ARB) + Atorvastatin (Statin)
Use: Treats high blood pressure (hypertension) with high cholesterol.

• Prevents heart attack/stroke by lowering BP and LDL (“bad” cholesterol).

Key Points

Dosage & Administration

• Take once daily, with/without food, at a fixed time.

• Do not chew/crush; swallow whole.

• Complete the full course even if symptoms improve.

Side Effects

• Common: Nausea, stomach pain, constipation, headache, dizziness, muscle pain, fatigue.

• Serious (rare): High potassium/glucose, liver enzyme elevation.

Precautions

• Avoid alcohol (increases dizziness/liver risk).

• Pregnancy/Breastfeeding: Unsafe (harmful to fetus/baby).

• Driving: May cause drowsiness/dizziness; avoid if affected.

• Kidney/Liver:

Missed Dose
