Key Information

• Use: Treats bacterial infections (ear, throat, lungs, skin, urinary tract, etc.) and resistant tuberculosis (TB).

• Active Ingredients: Amoxycillin + Clavulanic Acid (combats antibiotic-resistant bacteria).

• Works By:

  • Amoxycillin kills bacteria by disrupting their cell wall.

  • Clavulanic Acid prevents bacterial enzymes from destroying amoxycillin.

Dosage & Administration

✔ Give with food (reduces stomach upset, improves absorption).
✔ Dose depends on: Infection severity, type, child’s weight/age.
✔ If vomited within 30 mins: Repeat dose after child calms down.
❌ Never double dose if next dose is due.

Side Effects (Usually Mild & Temporary)
