Eptus 50 Tablet
Type: Potassium-sparing diuretic (water pill).
Uses:
Heart Failure: Improves heart function, reduces fluid retention (edema), and relieves symptoms like breathlessness and swelling.
Hypertension (High Blood Pressure): Lowers blood pressure by reducing fluid volume and blocking aldosterone.
Edema: Reduces swelling caused by heart, liver, or kidney conditions.
Dosage & Administration:
How to take: Swallow whole with/without food, but consistently (e.g., always with food to reduce side effects).
Timing: Preferably in the morning to avoid nighttime urination.
Missed dose: Take ASAP; skip if close to next dose. Never double dose.
