Composition: Gabapentin (100mg) + Nortriptyline (10mg)
Use: Treatment of chronic neuropathic pain (nerve damage due to diabetes, shingles, spinal injury).

• How it works:

  • Gabapentin modulates calcium channels to reduce pain signals.

  • Nortriptyline (antidepressant) increases serotonin/noradrenaline to block pain in the brain.
