Description

Metolar 3D 25 Tablet ER is a combination medication used to treat hypertension (high blood pressure). It contains three active ingredients:

1. Metoprolol Succinate (a beta-blocker) – Slows the heart rate and reduces blood pressure.

2. Telmisartan (an angiotensin receptor blocker, ARB) – Relaxes blood vessels by blocking angiotensin II.

3. Chlorthalidone (a thiazide-like diuretic) – Removes excess water and salts from the body, reducing blood pressure.
