Montair-LC Tablet

Composition: Levocetirizine (antihistamine) + Montelukast (leukotriene antagonist).

Uses:

✔ Allergic rhinitis (sneezing, runny/stuffy nose, watery eyes).
✔ Hay fever (allergic rhinitis due to pollen/dust).
✔ Allergic skin conditions (itching, redness, rashes).

How It Works:

• Levocetirizine: Blocks histamine to reduce allergy symptoms.

• Montelukast: Reduces airway inflammation by inhibiting leukotrienes.

Dosage:

• Take as prescribed, with/without food.

• Swallow whole; do not crush/chew.

Side Effects:

• Common: Nausea, headache, dry mouth, drowsiness, fatigue.

• Rare: Skin rash, liver enzyme changes, abdominal pain.

Precautions:

• Avoid alcohol (may worsen drowsiness).
