Description

Nebistar LN 2.5mg/10mg Tablet

Composition: Combination of Nebivolol (2.5mg, a beta-blocker) and Amlodipine (10mg, a calcium channel blocker).
Use: Treats hypertension (high blood pressure) when single therapy isn’t sufficient. Lowers BP to reduce risks of heart attack/stroke.

Key Points:

• Dosage: Take once daily, with/without food, at the same time.

• Do NOT stop abruptly (even if asymptomatic).

• Lifestyle: Pair with exercise, weight management, and a healthy diet.

Common Side Effects:

• Dizziness, headache, ankle swelling, fatigue, nausea, slow heart rate.

• May cause flushing or low BP; avoid driving if drowsy.

Precautions:

• Avoid alcohol (may worsen dizziness).

• Pregnancy/Breastfeeding: Consult doctor (potential risks).

• Kidney/Liver Disease: Use with caution; dose adjustment may be needed.
