Nebistar-T Tablet

Combination: Nebivolol + Telmisartan
Use: Treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure) when single therapy isn’t sufficient.

Key Benefits:

• Lowers blood pressure by relaxing blood vessels and reducing heart workload.

• Reduces risk of heart attack, stroke, and kidney problems.

Dosage & Administration:

• Take once daily at a fixed time, with or without food.

• Do not stop abruptly—even if asymptomatic.

• Swallow whole; do not crush/chew.

Common Side Effects:

• Dizziness, headache, weakness, tiredness.

• Cold/numb extremities, slow heart rate.

• Low BP, high potassium (avoid potassium-rich foods).

Precautions:

• Avoid alcohol (increases dizziness).

• Unsafe in pregnancy/breastfeeding (consult doctor).

• Caution in liver/kidney disease (dose adjustment may be needed).

• Do not drive if drowsy or dizzy.

Missed Dose?

• Take ASAP, but skip if close to next dose. Never double dose.
