Newtel-CH 40 Tablet

Composition: Telmisartan (40mg) + Chlorthalidone (diuretic).
Use: Treats hypertension (high blood pressure) by relaxing blood vessels (Telmisartan) and increasing urine output (Chlorthalidone) to reduce heart attack/stroke risk.

Key Points:

• Dosage: Take as prescribed, with/without food, at a fixed time. Avoid near bedtime (causes frequent urination).
