Normaxin Tablet

Composition: Clidinium + Chlordiazepoxide + Dicyclomine
Used For: Treatment of Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) (abdominal pain, cramps, bloating, diarrhea/constipation).

How It Works:

• Clidinium & Dicyclomine: Antispasmodics that reduce muscle spasms in the stomach/intestines.

• Chlordiazepoxide (Benzodiazepine): Calms nerve activity in the brain to ease IBS-related stress.

Dosage:

• Take on an empty stomach as prescribed.

• Do not crush/chew. Swallow whole.

• Follow lifestyle advice (high-fiber diet, hydration, avoid triggers).

Side Effects (Usually Temporary):

• Nausea, constipation, dry mouth, dizziness, blurred vision, drowsiness.

• Rare: Confusion, urinary difficulty, weakness.

Missed Dose?
