Numlo-D 5 Tablet

Combination: S-Amlodipine (calcium channel blocker) + Hydrochlorothiazide (diuretic).
Use: Treats hypertension (high blood pressure) by relaxing blood vessels and removing excess fluid/electrolytes.

Key Points:

• Dosage: Take at the same time daily (preferably daytime to avoid nighttime urination).

• Missed Dose: Take ASAP, but skip if close to the next dose. Do not double dose.

• Do Not Stop Suddenly: May worsen symptoms. Consult your doctor.
