Combination: Domperidone (Prokinetic) + Rabeprazole (PPI)
Used for:

• GERD (Acid Reflux): Reduces stomach acid, relieves heartburn, and promotes healing.

• Peptic Ulcers: Prevents further acid damage, allowing ulcers to heal.

Key Instructions:

• Dosage: Take on an empty stomach as prescribed. Swallow whole; do not crush/chew.

• Duration: Complete the full course even if symptoms improve.

• Lifestyle Tips: Avoid alcohol, spicy foods, caffeine; eat smaller meals; don’t lie down after eating.

Common Side Effects:

• Diarrhea, headache, dizziness, nausea, abdominal pain, weakness, flatulence.

• May cause drowsiness—avoid driving or tasks needing alertness.

Safety Advice:

• Pregnancy/Breastfeeding: Unsafe—consult doctor.
