Remo-M 500 Tablet
Combination medicine for Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus
Uses:
Controls blood sugar levels in adults with Type 2 diabetes (with diet/exercise).
Reduces risk of diabetes complications (kidney, nerve, heart damage).
Composition:
Remogliflozin Etabonate (SGLT2 inhibitor): Removes excess sugar via urine.
Metformin (Biguanide): Reduces liver glucose production, improves insulin sensitivity.
Dosage:
Take as prescribed, with or without food, at the same time daily.
Missed dose? Take ASAP. If near next dose, skip. Never double dose.
Side Effects:
Common: Nausea, diarrhea, stomach pain, UTI, hypoglycemia (low sugar).
Hypoglycemia signs: Dizziness, sweating, hunger. Monitor sugar levels.
Warnings:
Avoid alcohol (increases side effects/hypoglycemia risk).
Kidney/Liver issues: Use with caution. Avoid in moderate-severe kidney/liver disease.
Pregnancy/Breastfeeding: Unsafe. Consult doctor.
Driving: Caution if blood sugar is too high/low.
