What is Tazzle 10 Tablet?
Tazzle 10 contains Tadalafil, a PDE-5 inhibitor used to treat:
Erectile Dysfunction (ED) – Helps achieve and maintain an erection when sexually stimulated.
Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH) – Lowers blood pressure in the lungs by relaxing blood vessels.
Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH) – Helps relieve urinary symptoms in men with an enlarged prostate.
How to Take It?
For ED: Take 30–60 minutes before sexual activity. Effects last up to 36 hours.
For PAH/BPH: Take as prescribed, usually once daily.
Can be taken with or without food.
Do not crush or chew the tablet.
How Does It Work?
Increases blood flow to the penis by relaxing blood vessels.
Reduces lung blood pressure by widening pulmonary arteries.
Common Side Effects
Headache, flushing, upset stomach, nausea
Muscle/back pain, blurred vision, dizziness
Respiratory infections
Precautions & Warnings
Do NOT take with nitrates (e.g., nitroglycerin for chest pain) – Can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure.
Avoid alcohol – May worsen side effects like dizziness.
Not recommended if you have:
Severe heart/liver disease
Recent stroke/heart attack
Very low blood pressure
Use cautiously in kidney/liver disease (dose adjustment may be needed).
Do not drive if you feel dizzy or have vision changes.
Missed Dose?
For ED: Take when needed (no fixed schedule).
For PAH/BPH: Take ASAP if missed, but skip if close to the next dose.
Safety in Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Not intended for women (except in rare PAH cases under doctor’s supervision).
Final Advice
Consult your doctor before use, especially if you have heart/liver/kidney issues.
Do not combine with nitrates or excessive alcohol.
