What is Telista-H Tablet?
Telista-H is a combination of two medicines:
Telmisartan (an ARB that relaxes blood vessels)
Hydrochlorothiazide (a diuretic/”water pill” that removes excess fluid)
It is used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension) when a single medicine is not effective enough.
