What is Telma-AM H 80 Tablet?

A combination medicine used to treat hypertension (high blood pressure) when a single drug is insufficient. It contains:

• Telmisartan (ARB) – Relaxes blood vessels.

• Amlodipine (CCB) – Improves blood flow.

• Hydrochlorothiazide (Diuretic) – Removes excess water/electrolytes.
