What is Telma-AM Tablet?
A combination of two antihypertensive drugs:
Telmisartan (Angiotensin Receptor Blocker – ARB)
Amlodipine (Calcium Channel Blocker – CCB)
Uses
Treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure) by relaxing blood vessels and improving heart efficiency.
Benefits
Reduces risk of heart attack, stroke, and kidney problems.
Long-term protection, even if no immediate symptoms are felt.
How to Take
Dose: As prescribed by the doctor.
Timing: Preferably at a fixed time daily (with or without food).

Missed Dose
Take as soon as remembered; skip if close to the next dose. Do not double dose.
