Telma-Beta 50 Tablet ER

Combination: Telmisartan (ARB) + Metoprolol Succinate (Beta-blocker)
Use: Treatment of hypertension (lowers BP, reduces heart strain, and prevents heart attack/stroke risks).

Key Points:

• Dosage: Take once daily with food, at a fixed time. Do not crush/chew.

• Do NOT stop abruptly (risk of worsening condition).

• Lifestyle: Combine with exercise, weight management, and low-salt diet.

Side Effects:

Common: Dizziness, headache, weakness, slow heart rate, low BP, nausea, fatigue.
Serious (rare): High potassium, severe hypotension, breathlessness.
