Telma-D Tablet SR
Combination of Telmisartan (ARB) + Indapamide (Diuretic)
Used for: Hypertension (High Blood Pressure)
Key Benefits:
Controls BP by relaxing blood vessels (Telmisartan) and removing excess fluid/electrolytes (Indapamide).
Reduces risk of heart attack, stroke, and kidney damage.
Dosage:
Take once daily, with/without food, at a fixed time.
Do not crush/chew (swallow whole).
Avoid taking within 4 hours of bedtime (to prevent frequent urination at night).
