What is Telvas 3D Tablet?

A combination medicine used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension) when a single drug is not enough. It contains:

• Telmisartan (ARB – relaxes blood vessels)

• Amlodipine (CCB – widens blood vessels)

• Hydrochlorothiazide (diuretic – removes excess water/salt).

How Does It Help?

• Lowers blood pressure, reducing the risk of heart attack, stroke, and kidney problems.

• Works long-term, even if you don’t feel immediate effects.

How to Take It?

• Take once daily, with or without food, at the same time each day.

• Swallow whole—do not crush or chew.

• Avoid taking it close to bedtime (may increase urination).

• Dizziness, headache, tiredness

• Nausea, diarrhea, flu-like symptoms
