Temsan-H Tablet
(Telmisartan + Hydrochlorothiazide)
Use: Treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure) when single therapy isn’t effective.
Key Benefits:
Combines a vasodilator (telmisartan) and a diuretic (hydrochlorothiazide) to lower blood pressure.
Reduces long-term risks of heart attack, stroke, or kidney damage.
Dosage:
Take once daily, with or without food, at a fixed time.
Avoid taking within 4 hours of bedtime (to prevent nighttime urination).
Do not stop abruptly without consulting your doctor.
